Agenda Item Summary:
Change order No. 1 will rectify the State Revolving Fund contract requirements established by South Dakota Department of Agriculture and Natural Resources (DANR) at the time of bid as the project will not be using SRF funding. This change order will also adjust the project milestone dates due to supply chain delays, the project has set new milestone dates based on the delivery of material from the vendors. In addition to the above contract modifications the project will be adding additional pay items to account for erosion control, a change to the security gate height at the Water Reclamation Facility (WRF), additional pipping work required at the Solids Handling facility and HVAC modifications required during the retrofit process at the UV Building at the WRF.
