Agenda Item Summary:
On August 15, 2022 the City Council authorized staff to seek proposals for environmental monitoring for the Rapid City Landfill in order to comply with administrative rules of the South Dakota and Environmental Protection Agency. Two proposals were received and reviewed. American Engineering and Testing, Inc. was the company selected. This agreement is for 2023 and is renewable through 2027.
