Agenda Item Summary:
The SDDOT is replacing the existing structure at Anamosa Street over I-190 as part of their DOT STIP plan. This Temporary Easement (TE) Agreement will allow the SDDOT and their Contractor to utilize the specific portion of City properties to facilitation the construction of curb and gutter and sidewalk. The TE area will be restored to pre-existing or better conditions following the project. This TE is proposed to be a donation so there are no fiscal impacts.
