Agenda Item Summary:
This project is for the reconstruction of 1000 LF of Signal Drive, all of Kellogg Place, and Highland Court (approx. 2900 total linear feet of roadway). The reconstruction is needed due to the existing condition of the pavement and underground utilities. The project includes new asphalt and concrete pavement, curb and gutter, water main replacement, sanitary sewer main replacement and storm sewer improvements.
