Agenda Item Summary:
The project includes construction of precast culvert under East Watts Lane and construction of the extension of East Watts Lane approximately 150 feet east of current terminus (includes water and sanitary sewer mains, storm sewer, asphalt pavement, curb and gutter, sidewalk and private utilities).
Project construction is per Agreement Between City of Rapid City and Lazy P6 Land Co., Inc. to Resolve All Disputes Regarding the Construction of a Regional Detention Pond on Lazy P6 Property (dated December 22, 2021).
Pending approval of a Conditional Letter of Map Revision (CLOMR) currently being reviewed by FEMA, this project Bid Opening is scheduled for December 2022.
