Agenda Item Summary:
The City of Rapid City, Solid Waste Division has identified a need for design and construction services to replace an existing landfill gas pipe that is partial blocked and nearly inoperable. The Landfill Permit Renewal Project has existing tasks for the landfill gas system and funds that were not fully utilized. This amendment reallocates those funds to expedite the design process allowing the repair to take place as soon as possible. This is a zero-cost adjustment.
