Agenda Item Summary:
Parks and Recreation is requesting authorization for the Mayor and Finance Director to sign a professional services agreement with Tallgrass Landscape Architecture, LLC for $202,129.00.
Tallgrass Landscape Architecture has designed and submitted construction documents to upgrade Dinosaur Park’s pedestrian routes, bring safety features up to code, and place new and upgraded visitor amenities where funding allows. Consultant has also provided bidding services under a contract from May 2021.
Parks staff now seeks to hire the Consultant to provide basic and expanded construction services including construction administration and project closeout.
