Agenda Item Summary:
Partial funding for Project PR20-6176 Canyon Lake Pond Walls Reconstruction will be provided by the state Habitat Stamps funds allocated to the South Dakota Department of Game, Fish and Parks. The attached agreement lays out the responsibilities of each party. As construction invoices are submitted to the City, fisheries related work will be billed to GFP up to $388,000.
Approximately $362,000 in Parks & Rec CIP and Government Facilities has been budgeted for this project.
Request for advertising authority for this project will be presented at the next Council meeting on September 19th.
