Agenda Item Summary:
This request is to construct an additional 350 LF of Cloud Peak Drive and create 5 additional residential lots (Phase 1C). Approval of this exception will result in approximately 53 residential lots with a single access along Cloud Peak Drive. A previous exception was approved to allow 48 dwelling units with a single access. The applicant previously indicated a temporary access road will be constructed serving as emergency access into and out of Phase 1 until the rest of the subdivision is completed. Staff recommends approval of the request.
