Agenda Item Summary:
Change Order #3 will provide 4 additional bid items and rectify quantities for unclassified excavation making this a no cost change order. The following items will be added, Installation of a storm sewer culvert needed to maintain drainage across the current public access into the active land fill cell, construction of drainage ditches within the borrow pit to help mitigate drainage concerns, additional fertilizer required for the restoration of the drainage ditches and additional safety signage.
