Agenda Item Summary:
Black Hills Power Inc. entered into discussion with Public Works staff to secure an easement for a new overhead power line upon or across portions of the Solid Waste Facility property in order for them to provide better service to customers in the Southeast area of Rapid City region. Through these discussions a mutually agreed easement location was identified that does not impact existing or future Solid Waste Facility Operations and facilitates Black Hills Powers needs.
