Property adjacent to Copperfield Supervision is owned by the Western Pennington Flood Management District, generally known as the Drainage Commission. The unplatted property contains regional drainage facilities and is used for access to City-owned drainage property. It also contains a portion of the abandoned Hawthorne Irrigation Ditch that should be acquired for drainage purposes.
If the Council approves this item, the Drainage Commission will meet to consider the transfer.
