Agenda Item Summary:
This project is a pavement rehabilitation project of Chateaux Ridge Court from its intersection with Sheridan Lake Road west to the termination cul-de-sac (approximately 1,130 linear feet). Easy Street from Chateaux Ridge Court north to its terminus (approximately 65 linear feet) is also included in the project. Work includes an asphalt inlay (new asphalt and base course section), spot repair of curb and gutter, the addition of roadway underdrain pipes, and an ADA crossing at the Easy Street intersection.
