Agenda Item Summary:
The Deadwood Avenue Reconstruction Phase 1 will reconstruct the existing roadway from Tatanka Road north approximately 3,400 feet to the section line. Due to the grading for the roadway improvements, the existing Black Hills Energy transmission line location on the east side of the roadway will be impacted. The transmission line is located within a private utility easement, and therefore the attached agreement is necessary so the line can be relocated to not interfere with the project.
