Annual agreement with the US Dept. of Interior and the USGS for water resources investigation. The agreement includes funding for operation and maintenance of selected stream gaging stations, hydrogeologic data collection and analysis, application of groundwater flow model, stormwater monitoring, and Rapid Creek water quality compilation and collection. Rapid City’s share of the program will be $138,000.00 and will be matched by $92,000.00 of USGS cooperative funds, which is 40 percent of the total cooperative program of $230,000.00.
