Agenda Item Summary:
A request was received in the Engineering Office on November 24, 2021 requesting the requirement to install sidewalk for Lovell Subdivision per City of Rapid City Ordinance 12.08.060 be waived. A four-foot wide sidewalk is required to be constructed along Bradsky Road at the time of platting. The property is outside of city limits but within the 3-mile platting jurisdiction. Bradsky Road is a rural road street section with no grading for sidewalks. There are no other sidewalks in the area.
Staff recommends approval of this request.
