Agenda Item Summary:
The City wishes to purchase these lots to assist with improving the Skyline Drive Right-of-Way. The City has a project scheduled for 2023 for safety, drainage and roadway improvements for this section of Skyline Drive, and this acquisition is needed to provide sufficient Right-of-Way for the anticipated improvements.
