Agenda Item Summary:
A Request for Proposal (RFP) will be advertised to obtain an Owner’s Representative to provide independent review of the project’s reports, technical memos, drawings, specifications, and cost estimates for the design, bidding, and construction of these long-term City assets. It is also anticipated that the Consultant will assist in Construction Administration by performing construction administration services. The proposed Waste Water Reclamation Facility South Plant Improvement project will address, aging infrastructure, help meet upcoming state permitting criteria, and prepare the facility to meet the City’s expected demand.
