Agenda Item Summary:
Per Section 2.6 of the Infrastructure Design Criteria Manual (IDCM), a single access can only serve 40 dwelling units unless an exception is approved by City Council. This request is to allow a parcel to be divided into two lots (see plat). Bradsky Road already exceeds 40 lots (approximately 91) and therefore requires an exception to allow any additional subdividing. Variance VA 21-15 has been approved by Pennington County to allow an additional dwelling unit in excess of 40 units (see minutes).
