Request to purchase a spare CCTV sewer televising camera and tractor setup for sanitary and storm sewer inspections. The purchase would be through a Sourcewell contract with Titan Machinery at a cost of $74714.09. The cost would be split between the 7071 / 7401 cost centers. The unit is not budgeted however a budget supplement would be requested by the Division.

Agenda Item Summary:
The Water Reclamation Division currently utilizes two CCTV camera vans for inspection of Sanitary and Storm sewer. With the severe duty of each of these units, it is not at all unusual to have one or even both units out of service. With Covid concerns, the service time has been extended considerably. The Water Reclamation Division would like to purchase a spare camera and tractor to ensure that camera crews are able to remain operational for service. The cost of the camera setup that matches our current control units would be $74,714.09. The unit would be purchased through a Sourcewell contract with the local vendor being Titan Machinery.
