The City of Rapid City has determined the need to procure professional design and bidding services for design and construction oversight of cathodic protection and corrosion control enhancements to the two Enchantment Pressure Reducing Valve and Sustaining Valve vaults located along Enchantment Road. These improvements are necessary for safely operating the facilities until an above grade facility can be budgeted and built.
