Agenda Item Summary:
This project was placed on the State Water Plan in 2020. The project is anticipated to start construction in late 2022 and should be completed in 2023. In order to keep the project moving forward and maintain eligibility for funding under the South Dakota Department of Agriculture and Natural Resources’ (SDDANR’s) State Water Plan, a new application needs to be completed and submitted to SDDANR prior to October 2021. Submitting a project application for placement on the State Water Plan does not obligate the City.
