The Solid Waste Division is requesting approval to authorize Mayor and Finance Director to sign a 12 month contract with Franklin Engineering for Landfill Air Compliance Assistance for the year of 2021. The Solid Waste Division has determined the need to procure professional engineering services to provide air compliance assistance associated with the exiting Landfill Gas Collection and Control System.
