Agenda Item Summary:
Per Section 2.6 of the Infrastructure Design Criteria Manual (IDCM), a single access can only serve 40 dwelling units unless an Exception is approved by City Council. This request is to allow 53 residential dwelling units with a single point of access for Phases 3 and 4 of Diamond Ridge Subdivision. This subdivision is a phased project; future phases will provide additional street connections, so this 40 dwelling unit Exception will be temporary. Staff supports approval of the Exception.
