Agenda Item Summary:
Primary additions to this project included: engineered fill, mop sink, electric hand dryers, backflow preventor and water heater. Many of these items were not included in the original bid due to budget concerns with the overall project of Bldg 1 and Bldg 2. They were added back when we determined that they would be within budget.
