Agenda Item Summary:
The Water Reclamation Facility (WRF) needs to replace the existing Digester Facility MCC as it has exceeded its’ design life and its’ condition has deteriorated. The UV/Admin. electrical transfer switch was recently determined to be deficient and in need of replacement too. The City has requested the Engineer perform Construction Material Testing services as part of the project. Additionally the project has been delayed and additional construction phase services are required. These services are proposed as part of this amendment.
