A request was received in the Engineering Office requesting the requirement to install sidewalk along Heidiway Lane per City of Rapid City Ordinance 12.08.060 be waived. A sidewalk is required to be constructed along Heidiway Lane at the time of building permit, with the proposed property having approximately 125 feet of frontage along Heidiway Lane. Staff concurs with the justification from the applicant and support the request.
