Agenda Item Summary:
A request was received on November 15, 2018 requesting the requirement to install sidewalk along School Drive per City of Rapid City Ordinance 12.08.060 be waived. A five-foot wide sidewalk is required to be constructed along School Drive by the developer as part of the Subdivision Regulations. Staff is in agreement with the justification from the applicant and support the request.
