Agenda Item Summary:
Black Hills Power has a need to relocate two power poles and appurtenances in two separate locations in anticipation of the W. Omaha Street to 12th Street Project No. 16-2099/ CIP No. 50904 which, in conjunction with a DOT project, will reconstruct West Omaha Street. The poles need to be relocated to avoid utility conflicts with the street. The location of one of the easements is near the intersection of West Omaha Street and Mountain View Road, and the location of the second requested easement is near the intersection of West Omaha Street and Cross Street.
