Please confirm the reappointment of Rachel Caesar the Tax Increment Financing (TIF) District Project Review Committee as the Planning Commission Representative. Mrs. Caesar has been a tremendous asset to both the Planning Commission and the TIF District Review Committee, and we recommend her reappointment on the TIF District Review Committee for remaining time of her Planning Commission appointment.
