This resolution is to establish a construction fee for the area that will benefit from the oversize water main constructed as a part of the development of Lot 3 of Madison Subdivision and paid to the developer per the agreement between the City of Rapid City and Muth Holdings, LLC approved by City Council on June 20, 2017. Recaptured fees will accrue to the water utility enterprise fund.
