Agenda Item Summary:
Construction of the Buffalo Crossing West Subdivision public improvements and Promise Road Construction (the recently approved TID 80, City File 17TI004) includes mass grading. Part of the grading includes the lowering of portions of existing Promise Road and Golden Eagle Drive right-of-way. The lowering of the grade necessitates grading on portions of two City-owned undeveloped parcels to blend the lowered grade back to existing grade. The City needs to grant a temporary construction easement to the developer for this work. The City property where the grading will take place will be stabilized and re-vegetated following completion of construction. The easement will be effective until December 31, 2018.
