Agenda Item Summary:
The Applicant has previously submitted a Preliminary Subdivision Plan, 17PL132, and a Development Engineering Plan, 18PL021, to subdivide existing Lot 3 to create 3 new lots. The subdivision of Lot 3 will require the extension of sanitary sewer and water mains and services within existing Racine Street to serve Lots 3A and 3B. The existing Racine Street right of way does not extend far enough north to allow the extension of the sewer main to directly serve Lot 3A. Proposed sewer service to Lot 3A will be through a non-conforming sewer service and utility easement across Lot 3B. As such, the Applicant must enter into a Covenant and Release and Hold Harmless Agreement with the City to allow the sanitary sewer service to cross Lot 3B to serve Lot 3A.
