Agenda Item Summary:
A Resolution setting a public hearing on the proposed lease was approved by the City Council on February 5th and published in the Rapid City Journal on February 9th.
Staff has met with representatives of Canyon Lake Little League and explained the details of the lease. The process to approve the lease documents was approved by the Parks and Recreation Advisory Board on January 11, 2018.
Staff recommends that the Lease be approved and that the Mayor and Finance Officer be authorized to sign the Lease Agreement.
