Solid Waste staff is requesting that FMG Engineers enter into Phase 2 of the Cell 18 professional service agreement to include construction management at the Rapid City Landfill. Substantial completion of the new landfill cell is scheduled for September 2018. Tasks will include construction inspection, quality assurance, and compliance with Cell design and City standards. Project #16-2371. $260,550.00
