Solid Waste staff is requesting that the FMG Engineering agreement be amended to provide engineering and installation of four additional groundwater monitoring wells. Final design review by SD DENR requested four additional wells to meet compliance with state and federal regulations. These wells were not anticipated in the original design agreement for Cell 18. Project #16-2371. $9,969.51
