Agenda Item Summary:
In 2016, the council approved the relocation of the 65kW electrical transmission line across City of Rapid City Landfill property to allow for the construction of Landfill Cells 18 & 19. The final alignment of the transmission line on City Landfill property was delayed until final design of the landfill cells was completed. Staff is seeking approval to sign this easement agreement.
