Agenda Item Summary:
This project is for the construction of water and wastewater utilities and median landscaping for the City of Rapid City within the area of the SDDOT project limits. This agreement also authorizes the state to reimburse the City for a portion of the construction if drainage improvements included in project 15-2316 / CIP 50904.1 totaling $214,530.21 to be reimbursed to the following funds: 80% to 8911, 20% to 7402.
