Please confirm the appointment of Michael Magda to the Rapid City Air Quality Board. Mr. Magda has been recommended by the Air Quality Board to fill unexpired term of William Knight, who has been recommended for removal by the board. Mr. Magda will serve in the Environmental Interest position and Jim Anderson will continue to serve as a Business Community representative.
