Agenda Item Summary:
Hisega, LLC began providing concession services at Dinosaur Park in 2008 when it took over the agreement from Gift Emporium, Inc. The existing Agreement expires on December 31, 2017.
Park and Recreation staff have a good working relationship with Chuck and Vicki McLain, doing business as Hisega, LLC, and recommend that the attached Concessionaire Agreement be approved.
The proposed Agreement is for a five year period through December, 2022, with options for renewal. The document has been reviewed by the City Attorney’s Office.
