Agenda Item Summary:
Staff is requesting approval to renew the landfill environmental monitoring agreement with American Engineering and Testing (AET) for 2018. AET was selected through an RFP to provide the Solid Waste environmental monitoring for the next five-years. This is an annual renewal for monitoring for air quality, ground water, surface water requirements set in our various state and federal regulatory permits and includes annual reporting.
