Agenda Item Summary:
SDSM&T Foundation wishes to subdivide its property into two lots, which will create three nonconforming sewer service lines for proposed Lot 1 that cross proposed Lot 2. This agreement would permit them to maintain the nonconforming sewer service lines and would require them to bring the sewer service into compliance upon redevelopment of Lot 1 or necessary repair or replacement of the sewer service lines.
