Approve Change Order #3 to Highmark, Inc. for Southside Drive Sanitary Sewer Extension, Project# 14-2095/ CIP 50328 for an increase of $49,790.00. This will re-open the project to correct pavement that was not placed. Plans called for six inches. Only five inches was done. This work will be completed in the spring of 2018.
