Agenda Item Summary:
The Annual Deer Trend Survey was recently conducted by the Rapid City Parks Department. Based on the results of that survey, SD GF&P recommends that 100 deer be harvested in the 2016/2017 season. Both the Urban Wildlife Committee and the Parks & Rec Advisory Board concur with the recommendation to harvest 100 deer this season.
