Agenda Item Summary:
The applicant is proposing to dedicate an H-lot for what is to be Moon Meadows Drive, associated with TIF 70 and City Development File DEV12-1087. This proposed Lot H-1 is located on property owned by Hagg Brothers, LLC. At this time, no adjacent parcels have been platted including the dedication of the right-of-way. The improvements within Moon Meadows Drive have been under construction since 2013 and are almost completed. However, the improvements must be in dedicated right-of-way before the improvements can be accepted by the City. The project as a whole, including Schedules A, B and C of the project, shall be completed and ready for acceptance before the City accepts the H-lot deed. The applicant is requesting the authorization to prepare the H-Lot as identified above on behalf of the City of Rapid City and to authorize acceptance of the deed.
