Agenda Item Summary:
The applicant is proposing to dedicate a 120 square foot H-lot adjacent to 5th Street right-of-way to allow for the installation of a street light pole as a part of the 5th Street and East Watts Lane Extension Project (City Project DEV16-1293), associated with the plat of Lot 1, Blk 1 South 40 Subdivision (City File 15PL103). The current right-of-way does not have room for the installation of the street light pole.
The applicant is requesting the authorization to prepare the H-Lot as identified above on behalf of the City of Rapid City and to authorize acceptance of the deed.
