Agenda Item Summary:
Staff recommends approval of this MOU to fund sediment removal in Canyon Lake Dam. The State GFP will purchase a dredge and supplies to perform the sediment removal. The City will transfer a grant that was obtained in the City’s name for $155,000 to the GFP and also provide $13,740 in Vision Funds that were approved for the Canyon Lake Dam Spillway reconstruction and sediment removal. The other parties involved will provide funding for sediment removal.
