Request is for advertising authority for a new backhoe for the Water Reclamation Utility Maintenance group. The unit will replace unit 816, a 2002 Caterpillar 446 B model. The existing unit will be moved to the Treatment Facility. The requested unit is an extended boom model to enable reaching deep sewers. The request is budgeted for 2016.
