Solid Waste staff will solicit Request for Proposal from engineering firms for the design of a low permeability compacted clay cap for Cell 17 at the Rapid City Landfill. Cell 17 is schedule to be completed by the end of the year and requires closure to cap this cell to meet DENR permit requirements.
