An agreement for oversize cost reimbursement to Freeland Meadows, LLC for sanitary sewer improvements in which the City has requested the Developer to construct a force main access manhole in conjunction with a sewer force main being relocated by the Developer to Eli Drive; and for approximately 1,250 linear feet of 12” water main within proposed Giants Drive and proposed Marino Drive, located in in Section 18, T2N, R8E, BHM, Pennington County, Rapid City SD.
